Shipping & Delivery
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please double-check your selected model, size and color before submitting your order, as we cannot modify order details once the order has entered our warehouse processing queue.
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation, and shipped the next business day after processing is complete.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Standard international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow additional processing time during public holidays, sale periods and peak shopping seasons.
Note: Under the Hong Kong Consumer Rights Ordinance, you have a statutory 7-day cooling-off period for all remote purchases. You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions listed below.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery location, and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
While we will assist you with tracking inquiries, it is your responsibility to monitor the delivery progress and respond promptly to any requests from the courier or customs authorities. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you
- Failure to collect the package from the courier or post office
- Failure to provide required customs documentation
- Refusal to accept delivery
We will notify you via email. You may choose to:
- Pay for reshipping to a corrected address; or
- Request a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees we incur.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, courier disruptions, weather conditions and public holidays in the destination country.
Your order will be delivered by either your local postal service or a designated international courier. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a notice card will usually be left with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange a redelivery.
TAXES & DUTIES
Hong Kong is a free port: Most consumer goods imported into Hong Kong are exempt from import duties and taxes.
For orders shipped to other countries/regions: Import taxes, duties and customs clearance fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination. These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
It is your responsibility to check the import regulations and restricted items list of your destination country. We are not liable for any packages seized, confiscated or destroyed by customs authorities for violating local import laws.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
All transactions on our website are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card is denominated in a different currency, your final charge will be calculated using the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the date of transaction.
Your bank may also charge a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined entirely by your bank and we are not responsible for any such charges. Please contact your bank for details of their foreign transaction policies.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or contact information, please contact us immediately. We can make these changes free of charge before your order enters the warehouse processing queue. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Order Cancellations
- Before processing: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it enters our warehouse processing queue.
- During processing: Cancellations made after processing has begun but before shipping will incur a reasonable handling fee of up to 10% of the total order value, to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
- After shipping: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy and exercise your statutory 7-day cooling-off right.
Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
